Grandstream UCM IP PBX Certification
This two day, hands-on, instructor led course at our Los Angeles, CA location is designed for NTS Direct Grandstream Affiliates and Technicians with UCM IP PBX Installation, Configuration, Design and Implementation responsibilities.
The NTS Direct Course provides the student with the essential and practical day 1 install and configuration experience for the latest release.
Attendees will also have the option of taking a certification test for the UCM series at the end of the training to receive full certification.

● Access and program through Web UI
● Quick Setup & Zero Configuration
● UC Features & Positioning
● Configure SIP Trunking & Networking
● Reporting, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
● Certification Exam
Please bring a fully charged laptop (No Windows XP or home edition). Please be an employee of an NTSDirect Grandstream Affiliate.
