The Grandstream Certified Specialist (GCS) certification is designed to provide a top-level overview and a basic understanding of the capabilities of the system. The GCS certification UC solutions will be an online course where you will join a webinar powered by Grandstream’s IPVideotalk service.

Advanced Certification Training
After obtaining the GCS certification, you have the option to pursue more advanced certifications which will include in-depth and practical knowledge on the specified product. If you’re interested in taking an advanced certification training, please fill out your information in the form below and we will let you know when the next training is scheduled.
To be eligible for a GCP or GCE training, the individual must first pass the exam for the certification level prior. For example, those interested in attenting a GCP training on Grandstream UC Solutions must first attend and pass the exam for the GCS training on UC Solutions.
