This two day, hands-on, instructor led course is for NTS Direct Grandstream Affiliates and Technicians who have UCM IP PBX Installation, Configuration, Design and Implementation responsibilities.
The NTS Direct Course provides the student with the essential and practical day-1 install and configuration expertise for the latest release of Grandstream UCM and WLAN Product.
Attendees will also have the option to take a certification test for the UCM series at the end of the training and receive full certification.
Day1
- Identify the Grandstream UCM hardware & software components
- Access and program through Web UI
- Quick Setup & Zero Configuration
- UC Features & Positioning
- Configure SIP Trunk & Networking
- Reporting, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Certification Exam (Grandstream Certified Specialist)
Day 2
- Identify the GWN7xxx (network) series and GDS3710 (door phone) hardware and software components
- Access and program through Web UI and application
- Quick setup and Basic configuration
- Supported features and easy to install techniques
- Maintenance and troubleshooting
- Certification Exam (Grandstream Certified Specialist)
